Marco Rossi
Since 2017, Marco Rossi (Padua, 1990) has been the Chief Marketing Officer at IRSAP S.p.A., his family’s business since 1963 operating in the production of mild steel heating radiators of which he represents the fourth generation. He joined the company in 2016 to handle the acquisition of UK Heating Group Ltd. a company that distributes radiators in the UK and Ireland.

As of 2019, Marco is also a member of the Board and NextGen President of Aidaf – the Italian Association of Family Businesses (Family Business Network – Italian Chapter). Between 2015 and 2016 he worked at Long Term Partners, a strategy consulting firm based in Milan handling financial projects for multinationals in the FMCG industry. During this period, he was awarded a scholarship sponsored by EY NextGen Academy to attend a summer course in International Management at Kellogg School of Management. Before joining Long Term Partners, he began his professional career at GEP Worldwide, an international consulting firm based in Mumbai.
In 2014, he obtained a Master of Science in Management from Bocconi University in Milan with a thesis on M&A strategies of family businesses with Prof. Paolo Morosetti. In the same year, he continued with the Double Degree program and got his MBA at the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad (IIMA).
In 2012 he graduated at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice which he begun in 2009. During his bachelor he also cooperated in customer development with Greenetica, at the time a start-up operating in the renewable energy industry funded by his family business. He also cooperated in drafting the business plan for IRSOL, a start-up importing and mounting photovoltaic panels. Finally, he also worked as an intern auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
